True fears are completely unfounded
to anyone looking in
clicking their tongues and shaking their heads
deep down they understand
blame is no where but in the actions
that is masked by saying
"it's what's best"
truly it's just,
now in the shade of the day,
wishes for the courage
to have done it a different way
There comes a moment where
empathy is no longer an option
sympathy is the only thing to give
